The 1st principles program is designed to provide a solid foundation in fundamental concepts across various disciplines. This course will focus on teaching students how to think from first principles, breaking down complex problems into their basic components and building up solutions from there. By the end of this program, students will have developed critical thinking skills that can be applied to real-world situations.
Throughout this course, students will learn how to analyze problems from different perspectives, question assumptions, and come up with innovative solutions. The program will cover a wide range of topics including mathematics, logic, science, and philosophy. Students will be encouraged to think independently, challenge conventional wisdom, and explore creative ways to approach problems.
By the end of the 1st principles program, students will have a solid understanding of how to approach complex problems with a fresh perspective. They will have developed the ability to break down problems into manageable parts, think critically, and come up with effective solutions. Course Overview

Tier 1
In tier one, you will learn how to access the building blocks of postural stability. Beginning with the philosophy of movement, you will progress through each simple step-by-step biomechanic technique that is designed to deepen the kinaesthetic intelligence that applies to real-world situations and not just the training space.

Tier 2
Now that tier one has been embodied; you will learn to feel and connect deeper to the limbs, safely spread your athletic wings, and deepen the connections of the spinal engine to the legs as part of the spine. Learn about the importance our feet have in connecting the systems and how our hands and arms reciprocate that dynamic stability.

Tier 3
After embodying tiers one and two, you will have access to the deepest layers of the myofascial skeletal system, where dynamic braking and acceleration systems are ready to meet the nervous system's fine-tuning phase and feedback into the tissues. Words fail to explain how different you will begin to feel, and your confidence in your body will grow exponentially from this point.
