First Principles
The 1st principles program is designed to provide a solid foundation in teaching you how to break down movement into basic components and building up the body from there.
It provides you with the opportunity to develop a higher kinaesthetic intelligence that can be adapted to real-world situations, beyond the weight room.
The program is the first in a series of courses that will cover a wide range of movement philosophy, backed up with biomechanics as the forging method.
Key Lesson Concepts involve :
- Developing athleticism
- Muscle stability and flexibility gain
- Comprehend and utilise the body as a mechanical vehicle.
There are a series of 8 modules that build on each other that you can work through at your own pace with the support of an online community to ask questions and give feedback should you get stuck so you can achieve the goals you set for yourself.
